EVPs and SVPs: What’s the Difference? #
- Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) run the product divisions: Core SaaS, Cloud Services & Platform, and Emerging Technologies / AI & ML. They also sit on the Executive Steering Committee. See Division Executive Vice Presidents & General Managers.
- Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) and C-Suite Officers lead company-wide functions that serve every division.
How the C-Suite Works #
- Weekly operations review: The COO chairs a weekly review of operations, risks, and priorities.
- Policy authority: C-Suite Officers issue company-wide policies in their domains once the CEO approves them.
- Oversight, not duplication: The C-Suite sets direction and standards. The divisions and shared services do the work.
